Out of Submission Storage

I am on your free plan.  I am out of submission storage.  In the past I was able to delete older submission that I no longer needed.  Can this still be done?  If so how?  Do I do it or can you do it for me?

Also I looked at your FAQ and I thought oldest submissions were automatically dropped to keep your total submissions under 500.  That would work for us.  Can this happen going forward.

Apologies for the challenges you are facing. Kindly note that if you reach your submission storage limit, the older submissions will be deleted as new one come in.

Total Submissions Storage is basically the total number of submissions in all of your forms. If you are on a free account, you can only store up to 500 submissions in your account. The rest will be deleted and the most recent 500 submissions will be kept.
