Not receiving submissions via email.

    Applications filled on my website:

    www.winterswindpoodles.com  are not going to either my gmail account or the inbox on jot form. 

    Help!  I'm losing sales!

    Is there any error message received when pressing the submit button? Would you allow us to do a real submission in your form to reproduce the issue?

    Ye, that’s the form. I did 3 tests this morning. They go my jotform but not my gmail.
    You can do a real submission!

    I have checked that form, and the reason why you are not getting notifications via email, is because you have not setup your email address in the recipients list, it is empty:
