I believe you are referring to the form submissions. Under the Free plan, you can only receive 100 submissions per month. The monthly reset happens every 1st day of the month.

If you are expecting more than 100 form submissions, then you need to upgrade to a paid plan. Here's a guide: How-to-Upgrade-My-Account.

A form submission is each time the form is completed.  When the user presses the submit button and the submit process completes, a form submission is counted.
