We want to have an employee survey.
After the survey, it's possible one of the respondents may say something that our executives want to respond to while still keeping it anonymous. Is there a way to do this with a 3rd party plugin? Would a programmer be able to create this using your software? It seems weird I can't find any survey software that allows anonymous messaging to one of the survey respondents. Any ideas on how we can get this feature?

It is possible to have survey email sent to an executive and not capturing user data hence this will be anonymous email being sent to the executive.
So what you will do is have a list of your executive in a drop down list, you will then use Conditional logic to determine who to send your email to based on Executives user selects form the drop down list.

The user will fill the survey and ask Questions and this will be sent to the Executive without the user details. You will then enable edit link on your email notification and this will allow the executive to respond to the questions being asked, by editing the submission data.

If you need your users to view responses shared you can the create a HTM report which will capture the responses and you can password protect it with common password for your users to view responses.

Kindly do let us know if the above helps.

Thank you for the potential workaround idea.
Unfortunately from a ‘keep it simple’ point of view, I think we’d just want
our executives to be able to send an email message to the anonymous
respondents and have the respondent be able to reply and kind of have a
potential ongoing dialogue anonymously.

Using the our forms and autoresponder/email notifications, you and your clients will have a line of engagement that you can contact each other with the given email address.

If you want to use a third party program for your forms, you can try to get the embed code and paste your form in your server so you can edit it freely.

Can you please explain further how you want your email and on going conversation to be anonymous?
Thank you.
