Can I import an HTML Code Design/Template and add forms to it/over top of the design?

Previously, I have created PDF forms and distributed them to those who may want to fill it out. Rather than create a PDF form, I'd like to create an online form but use a custom design (to maintain the look and feel) where I can add fields to fill in on top of the design. Is this possible with JotForm or does the entire form need to be created from scratch using premade JotForm templates/canvas?

    Hi,

Yes, you can do this by  injecting CSS codes to your form.

Please check these guides that can help you with the different CSS codes that you can use:

    Hope this helps. Thank you.
