Hi there. it seems my account is suspended. Please help!

Your account was suspended because one of your form http://www.jotform.ca/form/80644247338258 asks an SSN number.
We have unsuspended your account and deleted the SSN field. You should now be able to use your account now.
Please be aware that online form builders, including JotForm, are being used for identity theft in the past. That is why SSNs are considered as a Phishing activity as stated in our Terms
For forms asking this type of information, you need to comply with two things.
2. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.
