I went into my JotForm account to update a form I've been working on, and came across an error that says "Form Failed". Is there a way to recover my work, or will I need to start over? Here is the link to that form https://form.jotform.com/80524548564159. I should mention that I did not check the other forms I have created.

I've fixed it for you. It's the broken image on the Welcome Page that's causing the problem. I choose the Basketball icon to fix it;
