Two email addresses are identified for notifications of reservations. One consistently gets the email confirmation. The other has had 4 of 18 reservations that are not acknowledged and have to be researched on JotForm. Notice of payments through PayPal are not being affected. What's up with that? I can't take a picture of what doesn't appear.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked your last edited form and can see that notifications do have a status of SENT at our end for both emails.
I have also checked if those emails are in our Bounce list and can confirm that they are not there. I can suggest to check if those notifications are in a spam folder.

Bizarre. I'll watch to see if it continues to happen. Maybe your checking
knocked a kink loose.

Please check as well if the emails are not blocked by your email provider by any chance.
