Trouble submitting through my form

    Hello,

    I have one form which I have people fill out on my website here: http://alexismeads.com/application/

    I've had a number of people recently tell me that they are having trouble filling out the form and can't submit it.

    Do you know what may be going on?

    Hey Alexis,

    I've checked your Form Analytics and was able to see that nearly the half of your visitors came from mobile devices.

    When I try to open your form in the mobile view, I was having trouble to read some of the questions as shown in below.

    I suspect the reason for the complaints might be this.

    I might suggest you change your form layout to the JotForm Cards which is much efficient on the mobile devices. You can change your form layout via form settings:

    Other than that, you can try and shorten your rating labels and the options but it is up to you.


    If I misunderstood your problem, can you please reach out to your users that are having trouble and ask them for more details like on what browser did they had this problem and which platform they were on?

    Hi,
    Thanks for your quick response!
    I followed your screenshot and have the settings set to that All Questions
    in One Page. How do I switch it to a jot form card instead?

    Hey Alexis,

    If you choose the `Single question per page`, the layout will be changed to the JotForm Cards.
