When I forward emails from a jotform enquiry it make Outlook slow.. I have to turn the email into plain text to type. Will you fix this isssue?

I am not sure what could make Outlook slow when you forward an email from JotForm.
Can you please try deleting all the Email Notifications and Autoresponders in your form and then add them again?
