Last name only showing on forms

Hello Having problems since you upgrade my forms are coming with last names on my forms but people entering last name and first name when you fill up form

I have cloned your form and made a test submission.

The First name and the Last name are being saved in the form's submissions.

Can you please tell us if you're you not seeing the First name on the submissions page of your form or in some sort of integration?
