You have encrypted the form. You need to upload the encryption key to decrypt the data. If you don't have, please disable that feature to avoid losing access to new data, as there is no way to decrypt the existing submission without the correct encryption key: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

Please try using a different browser or another pc where you have not logged in to your account, so when you attempt to view the submissions page, it should ask you to upload the encryption key file to decrypt the data.
