I would like to downgrade my account. When I click the downgrade button it takes me to Plimus website asking for a login and password. I have no idea what either of these are.
Please advise how to downgrade the account without having to jump through hoops.

As per your request we have cancelled your subscription and you are now scheduled to be downgraded on the 25th of Nov.
