How will I receive the information collected using a JotForm survey?

I would like to embed a jot form survey on our website  but need to know how I can access the information and what form it will be in (excel?)

You can view all form submissions on the Submissions page. You will be able to see them individually or via the Grid Report. Here's a guide: How-to-View-Form-Submissions.

If you want, you can also receive an email notification when someone completed your form. Here's how: Setting-up-Email-Notifications.

You can export it to an Excel, CSV, or PDF file. Please refer to this guide: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.
