I have a submit button on my form and it says please log into facebook first. Then there is no where for people to press to submit their info. People are getting a little frustrated including me. Why is the submit button a log in button for facebook???

That happens because you have integrated the form to Facebook. Our Facebook integration fetches information from a person's Facebook account, hence the need to log in to Facebook before being able to submit the form.
If this isn't what you need, remove the form's FB integration to revert back to the good ol' submit button. Refer to the images below to learn how to do it.
Hope this helps.

I would like to add that if you really did want the Facebook integration (to capture Facebook profile information from your users), kindly ignore my previous response.
Your Facebook application (used in the integration) should use the same domain as that of your form.
If your form is on jotform.ca, your application should use jotform.ca as well.
