Email notification: form response out of alignment

    Using the input table responses automatically sent via email don"t correspond correctly=example social studies columns next to science. see highlighted error of "problem on width of row headers". The submission reports are perfectly aligned.

    Hey Jeff,

    It looks like the standard email templates body width is not enough in your case. You can edit it and increase it as you like as shown in the GIF below:

    After this edit, the notification email will look like this:
