Autoresponder email is not working in my form

    My form was supposed to generate and send 2 different emails. One of them isn't working.

    You now have 3 autoresponder emails in the form. Which one here is not working? I have tested the form, and I got the emails. Please see screenshot:

    I checked our logs and found out that you have tested it using the Test Email button. Please note that this button will only send an email to your primary email address of the account. If you have tested the form using a different email address, please check your email history for the logs;

    From there, you'll see whether the emails are sent or not.

    According to history, all 3 emails were sent. But I never received it

    Try sending a submission through the form to see if it triggers the appropriate emails.  As far as I can tell, 2 autoresponders and 1 notification email are being sent with each submission:
