    Multiple email recipients

Asked by elkviewweb on November 01, 2012 at 04:41 PM

    Hi,

I need to develop a form that has over 300 options and case types for a recipient. This is an attorney site that specializes in consumer litigation with hundreds of attorney's. So if someone chooses "mesothelioma" it would need to be sent to an attorney who also is in their geo-target.

    For instance:

    Name field

    number filed

case type field (this is the first area that would tell which attorney would receive the form, but it will also depend on the folloing answer - this field would also need to contain over 300 options in differing class action suits, etc.)

state you reside in(this would funnel the lead to an attorney who specializes in mesothelioma in their state).

Can I do this with jotform?

    Thanks, CJ

You probably might accomplish this, by setting up Conditional logics so the form will be sent to the particular attorney. However, I am not sure if Conditional logics will work ok in large forms with more than 300 options, specially because our Conditional logics are made on a IF-THEN -ELSE  structure
