How do I delete an existing form?

In my plan I can only have 5 forms. How do I know which ones are active and which one can be deleted? 

Please check the forms and decide which forms you're not using then you can follow this guide:

1. In the My Forms page, please select the form.

2. Click the More drop-down menu.

3. Select the Archive Form option.
