Email notification: emails are sent to old email

    We reached out to you about a week ago regarding this issue and followed your instructions from link:https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email  and changed our new notification email to be sent to info@tuckandbundleshop.com

    However, for some reason the notifications are still being sent to our previous email (mirandagtripp@gmail.com)

    Could you please advise on how to fix the issue?

    I checked your email notification in your form and it seems you have change it already.

    Kindly try to test a submission and let us know if the issue still remains.
