Form Name showing up in browser

Hello,

I change the name of a form and the new name shows up on the direct link and also in the browser address bar however the old form name shows up on the browser tab?  How can I change that to the new form name? 

Old form name: Mary Beth-test simplified version 4/4/15

New Form Name: Sample Request Form
