Widget: "Something's Wrong" error when attempting to sign with DocuSign

    I have added the DocuSign widget to our form and authenticated our account.  However, whenever I try to actually use the form and the DocuSign widget it doesn't work.  I enter my name and email and click "sign with DocuSign", it will appear as if it is going to load into another screen, only to come back with a red message "Something's Wrong, Please Click here to try again."  I click and it just repeats the error over and over again.  Is there something else I have to do within DocuSign first to make this work properly? How do I get the error to stop?

    I can reproduce this even on simple form with just the DocuSign Widget added.

    I escalated this to our Developers and although I won't be able to give you any timeframe, rest assured, we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update. Thanks for reporting this to us.

    Hi we apologize for the delayed response. We checked your form and it has 2 docusign widget on it. We do not recommend having 2 widgets of that. Please try to reintegrate your form with the widget and see if you receive anymore errors.
