Form: File upload automatically

I need to create a form that multiple clients will fill out. Depending on who the client is and what choice they made on a single choice field, I need a file to be uploaded automatically into Jotform so it is included as part of the submission.

Unfortunately, the conditional logic doesn't work that way. We cannot add a trigger function to automatically upload a file.

We can however, add an upload field so that users can upload a file.

You can use from the basic upload element field.

or use upload widgets available.
