Wordpress: forrm says "please wait..." after submission

    Please check my form #80991415763464. We are on a paid plan.

    This is in production and I am facing a lot of complaints as people say the form is stuck at submission with a "Please wait" message

    As far as I understand, the page you shared runs on wordpress. 

    Can you please confirm if you have tried to embed a form with Embed Form Plugin by JotForm?

    We will gladly assist if the issue will persists after re-embedding, just let us know.

    Thanks. I cannot use a plug-in at this point for various reasons. Is there an issue with the embedded version?

    It looks like that form is currently embedded with oEmbed method and missing 'allow-forms' permissions:

    I can also suggest to embed a form with it's IFRAME code:
