    is there a way to put the unique id number added to the spreadsheet attached to the form.

    Hey,

    Can you please provide more info on what do you mean by the attached spreadsheet?

    Do you the Google Spreadsheet integration? If so, the unique ID, as being a part of the submission data, will be passed on to the integrated sheet.
