One of my forms (Donor) violated your terms and conditions.
I've since gone through your terms & conditions and I understand that am not supposed to collect Credit Card details. I'll instead use one of your payment_processing Apps.
Kindly go ahead and delete the guilty fields on my form and reactivate my account.
