My Form is Missing on My Site

Asked by AskFred on November 02, 2012 at 05:17 AM

I have the form on this page http://pinterestsquad.com/buy-package/

Yesterday it was there on the page and was working, but today I see it missing. I also have entered the embed code in the page HTML section (I am using Wordpress).

    The code is

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.me/jsform/23053546133446"></script>

But I can't see the form on the page and every time I open the page to edit, the script is missing.

    Please help.

    Thanks in advance

The form is now available on the site. What I did is pasted the code in the HTML section and clicked update. Previously, I used to paste in the HTML section and then click the "Visual" tab and then update the page and I couldn't see the form.

Why was this happening, any idea?

This is a common issue happened on Wordpress, it sometimes strips script embed codes. We'd suggest not to switch to visual view after placing your code on the html box. Furthermore, using JotForm WP Plugin might also help.
