When I try to embed a form to Facebook, I get an error message from Facebook

"This page does not have permission to install the custom tab"

This is confusing because I have embedded a jotform on another Facebook page with no issue.

Facebook's instructions see incomplete and did not correct the issues either.

Do you know how to correct this issue?

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I think the issue is related to Facebook restriction of creation of tabs if you have less than 2000 likes/fans.

I checked my page and noted that the Contact tab is missing since my page has less than 2000 users hence this may be related since we need the contact tab for this method to work.

I have forwarded the issue to our Level2 support team for further analysis and resolution. We will update you on this once the issue is resolved.

    Hi,

Here is a snippet from https://developers.facebook.com/docs/pages/tabs.

The Page Tabs feature is only available to Pages with 2000 or more fans, or pages managed by whitelisted apps.

When I try to embed a form to Facebook, I get an error. Image 10

There is one more option (like Static HTML: iframe tabs) but the same restrictions apply to them as well so it will not to work.

So, if your Page has less than 2000 fans, it is not possible to add Custom Tab.

    Regards.
