Troubles upgrading membership

    Need to upgrade to the next membership. Card then gets declined and I get prompted to enter new card details. I do so, but when I try to press continue, the window just loads indefinitely. Tried this multiple times on different computers and browsers.

    It seems our system is blocking a duplicate subscription.  If you would like, we can cancel and refund the storage subscription.  Once that is cancelled, you should be able to upgrade to the subscription of your choosing.

    I cancelled the subscription and refunded your payment.  You should see the refund posted to your card within the next 7-10 business days.  You should now be able to upgrade to your desired subscription.
