My form, when I preview it or even click the link and open it in another tab, is freezing. I do not want this to happen to my customers. Is this an internal issue?

I tested the form on your account and it is working fine on my end. It does not freeze and the fields can be filled without any issue.
Does the issue still persist on your end? If so please tell us which browser and device are you using.
If you are working on some other form, please provide us the form URL.

I have gone through and tested this three times.
This is the URL I am working from.
To try and duplicated the same issue:
-fill out form required spaces
-click the box under the Spirit Treadmill to "select it"
-click "back" after message saying it too many points
-scroll down and try to select the P2X Gym
This is where I am freezing up. I cannot select the P2X.

I was able to replicate when I filled the form following your steps.
If the second condition on your form is disabled the form will work properly.
However, it seems that the calculation in the field "POINTS REMAINING" is causing this issue. Somehow the form is not calculation properly. You can test this simply by selecting and un selecting the same option.
I would suggest you to double check if your calculation is set properly.
Also, check the calculation you set for the field "Total Points Available ".
