Data is missing from the submission page

    I can no longer see the - Name and Phone number on the list view. Please provide information to correct issue

    The data for the Name and Phone number fields are missing from the submission page for your older submissions because you deleted the old Name and Phone number fields from your form and you added the new Name and Phone number field. When the field is deleted from the form data collected with that field will be also deleted from the submission page. 

    To recover the missing data you need to revert your form to the version before you deleted those fields. I would suggest you to revert it to version form FEB 15 (1 MONTH AGO).

    Please note that the data you collected for the new field will be removed from the submission page when you revert your form, so I would suggest you to download your data first.

    You can also revert your form to a previous version, download the old data and then revert the form back to current version.
