Why is our google integration not working?

    I'm not sure what things can cause integration to break or how to fix. Submissions were recording just fine until about 4pm on April 9. The google doc IS shared with others so I'm not sure who has done what :) I did freeze row 1 and not sure if that's the problem.

    I have checked on your form and noticed that on April 9th some changes were made to the form.

    Kindly note that if you make changes to your form you will need to re-integrate again with google sheet as changes on form fields will break you existing integration.

    I would recommend you re-integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet again.
