How long the suspension on my account last?

I've been Autosupended how long does that last. I forgot to change my info. Also, I wanted to duplicate a form my friend used and I can't find it. 

I have checked your email address and see that there are no accounts registered. However, as I check your last edited form, I see that the form is associated with the account givensfr which is suspended. The account is suspended due to the form collecting SSN on the form. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. 

I have now removed the guilty field on the form and activated your account. You may now login to the account and manage the forms.
