Questions about your product

Hello, I am building a website for a client who is launching a t-shirt company.  They want to have a "Pledge" on their website that people can take digitally that is a fun way of vowing to be a more positive person on a daily basis. Basically the workflow would be that the person arrives at the website, reads the pledge, and enters their name and email to take the pledge. Then, we'd like 3 things to happen 1) their email would automatically be added to our email newsletter (via Mailchimp). 2) the person who took the pledge to be able to share on social media: "I just too the pledge at _____.com click here to take the pledge" and 3) We would like the # of individuals who have taken the pledge to show up in live count on our website. Would what you offer work for our needs? Can everything I have listed be accomplished with Jotform?
