How can I move folders from one account to another account

To my understanding, you would like to move the entire forms of a folder in your account to another account.

Although it is possible to transfer forms to another account, it is not possible to also transfer the folder where the forms are in.

However, what I would suggest you do is ask the owner of the other account to create a folder in his/her account. Then, ask him/her to share it with your account following the instructions in this guide — How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User. By doing that, your account will act as the sub-user of his/her account.

Once that is done, and the folder shared by the other account already appears on your account under "Share with You", follow the instructions under Option #3 of this guide — How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
