    I recently tried to login and account has been suspended can you tell me how I can get it re activated

    Your account was suspended due to violation of terms of use: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use 

    "Phishing. You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

    We have deleted that field in order to activate your account.

    If you decide to collect social security numbers in the future, you need to enable the encryption feature in your form first, but we would recommend you to read f this guide before you enable it: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them, since there are many features such as Excel download reports, that are not available for encrypted forms.
