The "other" field of our Jotform is not working in Firefox. I am able to type and delete values within the "other" box in both Chrome and Explorer, but in Firefox I cannot type any value when the donation frequency is “Once.” I can type values for monthly, quarterly, and annually but cannot erase those values.

The issue might be somehow related to the pointer-events: none; style on your page. The input seems to be fine in Firefox when the pointer-events: none; style is disabled.
Thank you.

Awesome, thanks, Mike! I'm actually pretty new to Jotform though, so could you walk me through how to disable that?

I am afraid that this is not something that is coming from JotForm. The form appears to be embedded with a source code method and heavily modified.
Here is your form without the modifications:

You may need to check this with your website developer.
