Does it update if changes are made to the form and it is resubmitted?

The existing PDF submissions that were submitted before will not update if you edited the submissions in JotForm.

Are you planning to make some changes to the form or are you planning to edit the form submissions?

It would be an edit to the submissions.  The form itself remains the same.

If you edit the submission and submit it, a new file will be created in Google Drive. It will not replace or update the existing PDF in Google Drive.
