How can I input a date range that sends a calendar invitation?

I am creating a form to allow people to check out and in loaner equipment for our organization and would like for the form to send an invitation to a calendar once submitted so it blocks time onto a calendar.

I found that I can add a reservation calendar that would send a calendar invitation yet this is limited to one specific time, no date range option available.

On the other hand, I can create a date range field yet this does not send a calendar invitation.

    Thoughts?

UPDATE (February 22, 2019): Direct integration with Google Calendar is available now. You can check our guide on How to Use Google Calendar to Create Events with Your Form to learn more.

You can also have a look at the announcement blog post for our Google Calendar Integration.

As far as I know our date reservation widget does not send any email, you may need to ask the date ranges through the date field available on the builder or any widget

I'm not sure if we can send the information to a calendar, but you may send the invitation email setting up an autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

You may also provide us your sample form and a bit more details about it, we will be happy to help you.

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your response. I ended up using a service called Zapier, which I found on another JotForm thread, that connects with Google Calendar natively which fortunately is what I was looking to connect to. The service connects JotForm and Google Calendar together. I had to create two separate fields for start and end date on the form and the calendar looks at these two fields to place the start and end dates onto the calendar.

    Thanks,

    Steven
