Do I need a hosted Wordpress site to upload your forms and widgets?

    I also recommend creating an account if you haven't yet. You can use this link https://www.jotform.com/signup to signup using your email account.

    As to your inquiry, having a website hosted or shared is not required.

    You can just directly use the form anywhere or even use your email to share the form.
