Branching Scenarios in the form

I have a rather specific question scenario to ask, and my boss (the person who pays for the Jotform account ...lol) wants it in a rather specific format. 

Branching Scenario.

The Survey Taker would Select a Division ... and depending on the Division they would receive another question asking which trainer was assigned.

Challenge is we have 60 divisions ... and 30 trainers.... 

It *may* be impossible ... but I figured I'd ask...

You can use the Show and Hide Field Condition in order to achieve this. Please check the following guides:
