How to change Sender Name in the Autoresponder email?

    the autoresponder emails say from "jotform" at noreply, i changed it and saved it but it still shows up as jotform.


    how can i make that my company name?

    I checked your screenshot and email logs on your account and I saw that you tested your Autoresponder email using "Test Email" button. You need to make an actual submission on your live form, to properly test the Autoresponder Email settings. 

    Considering that your form has a payment field I am unable to test it, so I cloned your form and I tested the form. I set the same Sender Name "Mint Reef" as you did. This is the result.

    Also, the sender email of your Autoresponder email is noreply@jotform.com.
