over 27 fields mapped 4 times, then worked and then it didn't.
Can someone please call me. I will pay for your time. I so far into this and my forms need to go out... asap for the campaign I've sent. URGENT!!

I have checked on your form and noticed that you do not have Infusionsoft Integration done. https://apps.jotform.com/app/infusionsoft_integration
Would you kindly confirm if there were any changes you made to your form before the integration disappeared?. This will help us understand the issue at hand and make appropriate escalations.
