Can a non-profit collect donations using JotForm?

I am a youth pastor and would like to use these forms as a way to sign up students for various events. Is it legal for me as a non-profit to collect donations for events where students are getting something in return? thanks!

If you could direct me to actual churches that use jot form that would also be helpful.
