Form: convert into .swf file

Hi,

I'm using Articulate Storyline to build some training content. The Form is not shown in the .swf output, however it works fine in the .html output. Do you know what it could be?

Hi, I checked that post, the tool I use only asks for a web link, I cannot code in it, the output is flash but the tool is not website, it's a learning tool.

The tool you have will convert links into .swf/flash files? Are you using adobe inDesign?

I'm not sure it is possible to convert our forms into .swf files as it is not a pure html and css content,it has js scripts , php and other languages in it.
