Hi there I have just purchased the silver package. And the form is still saying it’s reached it’s limit. Please can this be rectified ASAP.

Your account is in good standing. That form is not available, because you have disabled it. If you need to enable it, simply click on MORE, then on ENABLE:

I have just re enabled it and it is still not working. It’s saying it has reached its quota.

When I have checked that form, I was able to display it without problems. Every month, form quotas are normally cleared but in some cases they may get cached.
This maybe one of those situations.
Could you verify that you can now display your form properly?
In case this may happen again in the future you can follow these instructions to clear your form caches.
