I logged into my account today and their are multiple forms missing and I can't find them. I was wondering if there was a way to retreat old forms that have been created.

I have checked your account and found that your account is a sub-user of another account. And the forms that you are seeing before in your account are shared forms.
Only the owner of the form(s) has the ability to grant you permission to access their form and I would suggest that you try to contact them.
If you have other questions, please feel free to let us know.

You can ask the original (TJCApaches) owner to grant you full access if you need it.
Currently, the access has been granted for two forms only.
The email address associated with the main account (TJCApaches) is email@example.com.
If you have access to that email address, you can request a password reset for the main account and make the necessary changes.
