I am unable to view encrypted submissions on my MacBook Air, I am not prompted for the encryption key...

Have you entered another encryption key earlier on your MacBook?
I can suggest to logout JotForm there and to login again. If this won't help, you can also try to open your submissions through Private window:
Please let us know if the issue persists, so we could search for other options.

I use 4 different JotForm accounts all that have a different key.

Would you kindly confirm if this happens on Safari browser alone or on Chrome and Firefox browsers as well?
If it does not work on all the browsers listed above, kindly send us the private key to the email "email@example.com" and on email subject use the following phrase "Thread 1442990 Encryption keys" for us to test the keys on our side.
Once you have sent the email above kindly do let us know.
