The whole page is out after clicking the file upload button

    I have two "File upload" buttons. I put my jotform link in my Instagram profile. When you get to the bottom of the form to choose a file from your library, the whole page X's out!!

    The form loads just fine and clicking the upload button works as expected.

    So when I click the link on your Instagram, it opens the form in a new tab because from what I can see, this is how Instagram handles external links.

    Are you Instagram on cell phone? It does not open another page. It X's out completely. What can I do??

    I tried it within the Instagram app too on my Android phone and it opens a browser showing the form after clicking the URL.

    Perhaps it's an issue with your browser app or phone? Could you please check it on other phones?
