How do I set the fields to clear after Submit for multiple submissions? We pass the iPad around for registration/subscribe at events and the details stay for the next person.

You need to make sure the AutoFill feature is not enabled in your form.
The AutoFill feature saves form fields entries for a specific period of time.
When this feature is disabled, the form will automatically clear the fields after submission.
